Photo Color Edit gives you this plus the ability to paint with nearly any color. Select from multiple brush type options and enjoy the fast, responsive, and precise control over the brush. You can zoom in for pixel-level precision editing (pinch in/out), preview your creations, and share them on Facebook. The color history feature will list your moves. Note that the developer recommends using color photos for best results.
